Navigating wellness, between visits
Most of a patient's recovery happens where the practitioner cannot see it. Navwell exists to make that time count — for the patient and for the practice.
Where Navwell comes from
Navwell is the ground-up rebuild of FITHub, a community platform for health practitioners: a branded hub where a practice onboards its patients, runs wellness challenges built from short daily workouts, meals and meditations, and stays in touch.
The rebuild kept the idea and replaced everything else — a new codebase, an in-house video player, a visual program builder, an AI coach that lives inside the app instead of a messaging service, connected devices, and a privacy design that starts from the assumption that everything a member does is sensitive.
What we believe
- The practitioner is the clinician. The software and the AI stay inside the plan they set.
- A member should be able to see everything the system knows about them, and delete it.
- Every claim on this site should be traceable to something that is built. If it is not built yet, we say so.
